Great News! We just inked a deal with a new commissary kitchen that will be providing 24/7 unlimited access.
This means more events!
Working on setting up an ice chest there for Reddy Ice so we can quit the ice block manufacturing.
One step at a time. We will get there.

We spent the afternoon driving a round town handing out flyers and business cards. It went really well! Lots of interest, especially with apartment complexes.
Looks like we are about to be very busy! ... See MoreSee Less
As it begins to warm back up (Yay Florida!), we will be looking for places to setup shop. While we do hope to be heavily involved in local fairs and festivals this year, we still plan to incorporate private events, parties, etc. We are currently mapping out how that would work, so stay tuned for more on that in the upcoming weeks.
2019 was an awesome learning experience! We were finally able to make our dream a reality. You might have seen our trailer (formerly just a blank red box) around town at Winners Circle Sports Bar and Grill on South Florida Ave, or you may have seen us at Bartow Motocross, a concert at the Maddox Ranch in Lakeland, Fl., or at Ovation Bistro & Bar, Lakeland. We told these venues we were very new and green (experience wise) and they worked with us and were great hosts. We hope to see them all again in 2020!
Unfortunately, we hit some pretty significant bumps (mountains) in the road in 2019. From getting our trailer burglarized/vandalized multiple times, to having someone try and scam us out of thousands of dollars for our graphics and wrap (and essentially holding our trailer hostage for nearly 2 solid months), 2019 definitely opened our eyes to potential pitfalls of self-employment. (Not even going to talk about the landscapers who unplugged the trailer’s power and melted several hundred pounds of our specialty ice…) But we are passed all that and are looking forward to the road ahead!
We’ve upgraded our equipment and now make the smoothest shave ice you’ve ever had! With this upgrade we’ve also switched from hand pouring every flavor to self-serve flavor stations. With our 2 stations, you have 12 different flavors at any given time to choose from (we currently rotate through more than 30 flavors).
An ideal place for us would be a location with easy access from the street and enough room to setup our 7x14 trailer and our covered serving table which holds our 2 flavor stations. We currently hold permits in Lakeland and unincorporated Polk County, if your event is outside this area, advanced notice would be needed to secure proper permitting. Due to code restrictions, we are unable to setup and dispense in residential areas within the city limits.
If you are interested in having us setup at your business, please contact us via email or private message with the physical address and a description of the event/fund raiser. We are fully self-contained and provide our own power via portable generator. We are inspected, licensed, and insured.
We hope to see you in 2020! ... See MoreSee Less
Good luck to you
Put the finishing touches on the 2 flavor stations today.
Thanks again to Tim Cregger for building them and to Southern Graphic Designs Inc. for printing my logo on them!

Man those logos looks great on your units and the LED lights lights the logos up perfectly.
This is looking like a sweet setup!! Can't wait to try some! 🙂
It’s been a long time coming, but we finally have the trailer fixed and wrapped!
Thanks again to Scott Cox, Social Reach, and Juan @ Southern Graphic Design, Inc.
We hope to be up and running again after thanksgiving!

That looks awesome!!!
Wow... saw you coming down the street ... it really catches your attention!! Looks great, just love it 👍👍👍
It looks great!!!
Thanks! We can’t wait to take it out. Since it’s been unplugged for about 2 months, we have to take about a week and rebuild our block ice supply. We are also taking a quick trip to Texas, so we figure to be back in business first week of December. I have to swap out the shavers and tweak the setup inside. Lots to do, so will be very busy. Just excited to be moving forward!
Great wrap...where are you
